Combining a modern, sleek style with the warm atmosphere of a bakery, using bright display spaces and comfortable shopping circulation to create a high-quality shop exuding the aroma of coffee and bread.
Design Concept / 空間規劃理念
This project involves space planning and image upgrading for multiple stores under the well-known bakery chain brand 85°C. The design focuses on optimizing the lighting layers for product displays. By combining large, transparent glass windows with warm wooden elements, it creates a bright, welcoming, and modern brand image.
For different branches (Kwai Chung, South Horizons, Tsuen Wan, Yau Ma Tei, and Jordan), we flexibly adjusted the cashier circulation and product display areas according to local street characteristics and the original store layouts. This ensures that customers can experience consistent, efficient circulation and a warm atmosphere when purchasing bread and beverages at any store.
