How long does it usually take to get a "Provisional License"?
Provided all documents are complete and the construction progress aligns, it takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks from application submission to the issuance of a provisional license, helping you start operations as soon as possible.
Can I still apply for a license if there are unauthorized building works (illegal structures)?
The Buildings Department has very strict requirements; if there are serious unauthorized structures, the application may not pass. We provide preliminary inspections and assist in developing restoration or modification plans.
