MOS Burger
Translating the brand's original intentions of "nature, greenery, and health" into a spatial design language, creating a beautiful corner in the bustling city where people can calm their minds and savor warm, handmade food.
Design Concept / 設計理念
This project centers on the core design concept of "natural, warm, and comfortable," perfectly interpreting the refined texture of Japanese chain dining. The space extensively utilizes light-colored wood grain and natural materials, paired with soft, warm-toned lighting, to create a cozy, home-like, and relaxing atmosphere. The smooth circulation planning for ordering and meal pickup significantly enhances operational efficiency. Meanwhile, the diverse seating configurations—from quiet bar counters suitable for individuals to comfortable sofa areas for families—delicately cater to the dining needs of different customer groups, materializing the brand's dedication to detail within the space.
